UNIFORMS by Pastor Paul Locke for loxland.com 14/10/2016

School Uniform is to help identify students by the clothes they wear showing that they belong to a particular school as an aid for security purposes that gives the student a sense of being part of something larger than themselves.  God knows who we are and will separate us as citizens of heaven given a white uniform. (Mtt 25:33)  Wolves wear sheep’s clothing in a vain effort to deceive; but God separates the sheep from the goats. (Mtt 7:15)

Army Uniform denotes who you fight for so we do not fire on friends.  Darkness is the time of confusion when mistakes are made. (Judges 7:22)  Soldiers wear camouflage in an effort to hide making them less of a target.  Armies of Heaven do not need to hide and wear white uniforms and are highly visible to the enemy. (Rev 19:14)  They come with the Lord in great Glory to fight the enemies of God in the valley of Armageddon.

Invisible Army is of Angels who appear clothed in light when God chooses to reveal them. (2Kngs 6:17)  They are around us and form a hedge of protection ready to help in time of need. (Mtt 4:6)  The difference between men and Angels is that mankind has revelation of calling and God’s purpose for them to be friends of God through Jesus.  The Angels are ministering spirits to the heirs of salvation.

Opposition comes from Satan and his demons the enemy of man who are shadowy figures hiding in an attempt to deceive us.  Their uniform is like a roaring lion seeking to devour us like African Wildebeests. (1Pet 5:8)  Otherwise their disguise is adopting the appearance of friends who and need testing. (Judges 12:6)  The Biblical test of the spirit one has is that they must be able to ‘confess that Jesus Christ has come in the flesh’.

Full Armour of God is a soldier’s uniform and needed when going to war in the Spirit. (Eph 6:13)  The whole uniform is the Baptism of the Holy Spirit and not a ritual of placing the items on oneself.  It is pleasing to see many Ministers of the Gospel are now laying hands to impart the Holy Spirit in accordance with (Acts 8:18 and 19:6.)  The Church is supposed to triumphant and full of power that comes when we rely on the Holy Spirit and the Blood of Jesus Christ.
